Kleines Max in Munich

We were initially with a Groupon voucher and later several times without this restaurant and rated it with 5 stars. Last week we were here again and disappointed with the food. The reasonably priced lunchtime lunch - offered on a table - is ok, but no longer comparable to the previous kitchen. Too bad.

Had a voucher for a candlelight dinner. Service ok. I can not say more about that.

We have received over My Days from our children a 4-course menu with an intermediate (pasta). With the online booking, it was already happening that the promised confirmation was missing. The food was then from the 5-course menu (with a transition) a 3-course menu the food and the wine were second rate. The poor Ober had to "wuppen" everything alone and thus rarely at our table. After a friendly but certain complaint we were with a 10 € deduction !!! Finally, I can say that the 100 € coupon his money was not who was ....

Was there for business lunch. Very nice ambience in the conservatory. Two-course menu consisting of sole as a starter and main course calamari with fennel and orange salad was delicious. Wine a bit expensive but for the location in the center of Munich o.k. Service was very friendly and attentive. The only drawback the slightly long wait of just under 90 minutes. For lunch from the office therefore rather not suitable, but otherwise o.k.

Food was good, wines very good and the service friendly. Unfortunately, the waiter had to do all the tables alone but he mastered it very well and professionally. Pleasant atmosphere.

Great ambience in the winter garden, has been there several times and was never disappointed. The prices are in the higher region, the quality of the food and the service justify that. Come again

Finally we had the opportunity to eat at Little Max! Despite a long wait, because the waitress accidentally sent only one dish to the kitchen, the food was absolutely delicious! We both ordered the duck with orange sauce, spinach and sweet potato puree and are both very excited! We even had a platter of premium salami and cerano ham for the bread for a long wait. The staff of the restaurant were very friendly and attentive. The restaurant itself was very cozy and especially the box with the roses we liked very much as a table decoration, because it is not only elegant and fits the atmosphere, but also adapts to our time and is very modern. We are happy to come back!

Very tasty food, nice atmosphere

We got a candlelight dinner over Mydays at Little Max. Unfortunately, the evening was a total failure for us! So, where should we start .... crumbs on the chair, the apperitif as stated on the voucher we did not get, but a günsterigere alternative was good. The "service" staff which partly scurrying through the almost empty restaurant has unfortunately unfortunately not understood the simplest things in the hotel / gastronomy school. (from which side is served, ask if you want to drink something and much more.) Even in a tavern, I am asked if I want a coffee for my dessert .. The dessert which was brought to us again was not what the menu had promised. .. The food was actually very good! We did not really feel welcome, but as a guest! rather than as quickly as possible !!

The food is unbeatable and definitely deserves 5 stars. Same goes for the service - I would love to come back here. However, prices over the top

We went to a candle light dinner in the small Max. We were greeted in a very friendly manner and served with courtesy. The food was delicious, the waiter was very friendly and nice. You don't want to believe that there is such a quiet and contemplative place in the middle of Munich.

Great little restaurant with great food and service. Had booked a candle light dinner and the whole location for us! Waiter was very friendly. The hotel was recently renovated and is very quiet despite the central location. Absolute insider tip!
